Lost, Stuck, or Delayed Packages
We stand behind our delivery process, which is why all orders are shipped with full insurance and handling protection.
While the physical transit of your package is handled by third-party postal services, we will never leave you hanging. If your order experiences significant carrier delays, is returned to the sender, or gets lost in transit, we will immediately send you a replacement package using expedited shipping with full tracking—at no additional cost to you.
